Rupa’s hilly affair with books
After missing from the Delhi World Book Fair for the past two years, Rupa Publications have finally e a come back with a book fair of its own. However, this time not in Delhi but on the beautiful hilly terrains of Dehradun city in Uttrakhand. The Book Fair that took place at World Integrity Center from November 2 to 5 coincided with Rupa’s completing 81 years in Indian publishing
The Book Fair was inaugurated by the prolific Children author Ruskin Bond. Other prominent authors like Terry O’ Brien, Dev Lahiri and Rajiv Dogra added to the charm of the literary get-together. A few other creative activities like painting and creative writing competition were also organised to make the event more joyous.
